OUR TEAM
Ren Mathew Tharakan (He/Him)
Ren has a background in disability and training sectors for over 13 years, working for both not-for-profit, government organisations, higher education providers and VET providers. Ren holds qualifications in Master of Business Administration, Advance Diploma in Community Sector Management, Bachelors in Technology and Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
NDIS
Ren has lived NDIS experience and a genuine interest with passion in assisting participants to build their individual capacity to have full choice and control over their daily life. And to work on their goals through engagement with supports and services, along with inclusion within their local communities. Ren’s experience with the NDIS and in Specialist Support Coordination means he has a well rounded knowledge in all facets of NDIS funding, something he is happy to share with NDIS clients.
Ren brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his work. He takes a practical and collaborative approach to quality and compliance, working closely with his clients to develop solutions that are tailored to their unique needs. Ren is fluent in English, and can speak Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil. He has also had the opportunity to live and work in several middle eastern countries.
Ren provides support coordination and specialist support coordination services and is in his spare time Ren volunteer for Guide Dogs SA and loves spending time with his young family, gardening and travelling.
Training I Consulting
Ren’s expertise in training and consulting includes business development, project management, compliance, government relations and stakeholder management. Ren is passionate about helping his clients achieve success and specialises in project management, leadership, strategic planning, operational management and stakeholder engagement. The desired approach is in being collaborative along with planning and tailoring coaching to each client’s unique needs, to provide practical solutions that deliver results.
