Ren has worked in the disability and training sectors for over 13 years, across not-for-profit, government, higher education and VET settings. He holds a Master of Business Administration, an Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management, a Bachelor of Technology and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
Ren has lived experience of the NDIS and a genuine passion for helping participants build the capacity to exercise full choice and control over their daily lives, working toward their goals through the right supports, services and connection to their local community.
His background in Specialist Support Coordination gives him well-rounded, practical knowledge across all facets of NDIS funding, which he's always glad to share with clients. Ren takes a collaborative approach to quality and compliance, working closely with each client to develop solutions tailored to their needs.
Ren provides both Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination services. He is fluent in English and also speaks Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil, and has lived and worked in several Middle Eastern countries.
Outside of work, Ren volunteers with Guide Dogs SA and enjoys spending time with his young family, gardening and travelling.
Ren's expertise spans business development, project management, compliance, government relations and stakeholder management. He specialises in project management, leadership, strategic planning, operational management and stakeholder engagement, and is passionate about helping clients achieve real, measurable success.
His approach is collaborative and tailored, combining structured planning with coaching designed around each client's unique needs to deliver practical, results-driven outcomes.
Support Coordinator
May Jassem is a dedicated and compassionate NDIS Support Coordinator who is passionate about empowering people with disability to achieve their goals and live fulfilling, independent lives. She is committed to providing person-centred support and helping participants navigate the NDIS with confidence.
With almost 15 years of experience in community services and working alongside individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, May supports participants to understand their NDIS plans, connect with quality service providers, coordinate supports, and build the skills and confidence to achieve their goals.
May holds a Diploma of Community Services and a Diploma of Interpreting (Arabic-English). She values building genuine relationships based on trust, respect, and open communication.
Being fluent in both Arabic and English enables May to communicate effectively with participants and families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, ensuring they feel understood, informed, and supported throughout their NDIS journey.
May is known for her caring approach, strong advocacy skills, and commitment to achieving positive outcomes for every participant. She believes that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion, and strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people she supports.
Support Coordinator
Shiwani Sharma brings over five years of experience across the community services industry and as a Support Coordinator, helping participants understand their NDIS plans and connect with the supports they need to work towards their goals.
Shiwani holds a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Information Technology. That combination of teaching and problem-solving shapes how she works with participants, breaking down complex plan information into something clear and practical, and finding workable solutions to the barriers people face.
